Operations Manager – Legal Services

Noida | On-site | Full-Time

Operations Manager

This is an operations role (team management, TAT tracking, process improvement). It isnota legal drafting or advisory position.

About the Role

  • Manage day-to-day operations and ensure timely delivery of client assignments
  • Lead the operations team and monitor performance, TATs, and workload distribution
  • Handle escalations, reporting, and coordination with internal teams
  • Improve processes, implement SOPs, and drive service quality
  • Conduct training & development and support performance reviews

Required Experience

  • 4–7 years in Operations/Service Delivery (KPO/BPO/LPO/Consulting/Professional Services)
  • Minimum 2 years in a team lead/manager role
  • Strong experience in performance tracking, TAT management, and workflow optimization
  • Legal services exposure is a plus, not mandatory
