Quality Associate – Legal

• Conduct

  detailed quality reviews

  of contracts, shareholder agreements, and other corporate legal documents.
• Ensure documents meet

  accuracy, compliance, and client expectations

  .
• Assist in creating and maintaining

  checklists, SOPs, and quality standards

  .
• Draft and review contracts with a focus on

  clarity, enforceability, and risk mitigation

  .
• Apply working knowledge of

  Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)

  including trademarks and copyrights.
• Collaborate with senior legal team members on

  quality control initiatives

  .
• Support training and capability development within the legal team.

• 4–6 years of

  experience in contract drafting, legal review, and advisory

  .
• Exposure to

  Shareholder Agreements, Share Subscription Agreements, and IPR

  .
• Strong attention to detail with ability to spot errors and risks.
• Excellent

  research, analytical, and communication skills

  .
• Ability to work in a

  fast-paced, process-driven environment

  .
