As an Operations Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in transforming the operations of IKEA's Food organization to deliver the best IKEA Food offer ever. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that our business strategies are customer-centric and effectively executed, with a strong emphasis on innovation and drive to foster growth. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams within the organization, including Business Navigation, Range administration, and Transformation office, to drive and implement the overall agenda. Your leadership style should combine strategic thinking with operational prowess, focusing on structuring, prioritizing, setting challenging goals, and ensuring they are met. You should be proactive, solution-oriented, and committed to fostering collaboration throughout the value chain from supplier to customer. Your key responsibilities will include developing strategic plans, analyzing and improving business processes, leading the transformation agenda, integrating technology solutions, ensuring the presence of necessary structures and competencies, optimizing resource allocation, and managing budgets effectively. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate humility, strong values-based leadership, long-term experience in high-complexity roles, financial competence, interpersonal skills, and a customer-centric approach. This position will report to the Food Manager and be part of the Inter IKEA Group Food Steering/management group.
