Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Operations Manager to oversee and streamline our day-to-day inspection operations. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, organize, and supervise inspection activities across multiple sites. - Ensure timely deployment of inspectors and resources as per project requirements. - Monitor daily operations and implement improvements for efficiency. - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of field inspectors and supervisors. - Conduct performance evaluations and initiate training programs. - Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients. - Ensure all inspections comply with industry standards and specifications. - Oversee documentation and reporting of inspection results. - Optimize resource utilization and control operational costs.
