Job Description

Job Title: Operations Manager Amusement Industry

Oversee all aspects of amusement park operations, including rides, attractions, guest services, and facilities management.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining smooth operations and addressing guest concerns effectively.
Develop and implement SOPs for operations, safety, and maintenance in compliance with industry regulations.
Monitor staff performance, provide training, and foster a culture of teamwork and excellence.
Manage budgets, optimize resources, and control operational costs while improving efficiency.
Coordinate with different departments such as maintenance, security, F&B, and marketing to ensure seamless park operations.
Conduct regular safety audits, enforce safety policies, and ensure all rides and attractions meet compliance standards.
Handle crisis management and emergency response planning.

Requirements:

8-12 years of experience in operations management within the
amusement, entertainment, hospitality, or leisure industry
.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of amusement park safety regulations and compliance requirements.
Ability to manage a large workforce and multi-departmental coordination.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak hours.
