Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Studio Operations

  • Oversee daily operations across all studios in the Gurgaon/Delhi NCR region.
  • Ensure all workshops, sessions, and customer experiences run smoothly and adhere to brand standards.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure studio readiness, cleanliness, and operational compliance.

Inventory & Supply Chain Management

  • Manage inventory levels across studios; coordinate with vendors for timely procurement.
  • Maintain accurate records of material usage and stock movement.
  • Implement efficient systems to avoid shortages or excess.

Workshop Oversight & Quality Control

  • Ensure all workshops follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality benchmarks.
  • Train and support in-studio teams to maintain consistency in workshop delivery.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Travel & Expansion Support

  • Travel within Delhi/NCR as needed to support studio operations.
  • Occasional domestic travel for new store launches, large events, pop-ups, and workshop setups.
  • Assist in setting up new studios, ensuring processes, inventory, and teams are prepared pre-launch.

Team Coordination

  • Supervise studio staff and workshop facilitators; manage schedules and responsibilities.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Serve as the communication link between studio teams and upper management.

Process & SOP Management

  • Implement and refine operational SOPs across workshops, customer handling, inventory, and studio functioning.
  • Identify operational gaps and propose practical solutions to enhance efficiency.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare and maintain operational reports and dashboards for management review.
  • Provide weekly updates on inventory, workshop performance, and process improvements.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Operations, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • 36 years of experience in studio operations, retail/hospitality management, or similar operational roles.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with inventory management tools/software preferred.
  • Willingness to travel within NCR and occasionally across India.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative, customer-focused environment.
