Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Handling:

  • Attend to all incoming leads from Instagram, WhatsApp, and IVR calls.
  • Understand customer needs, explain our tufting experiences/workshops, and convert leads into bookings.
  • Maintain an active follow-up process to maximize conversions and meet monthly sales targets.

Corporate & B2B Outreach:

  • Identify and approach companies for B2B tufting sessionsteam-building workshops, offsites, and quarterly outings.
  • Build relationships with HR and corporate teams to pitch creative engagement ideas.
  • Develop and maintain a corporate client database for regular outreach.

Reporting & Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the studio and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Maintain records of inquiries, sales, and feedback for performance tracking.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 13 years of experience in sales, client servicing, or business development (experience in D2C or events/hospitality is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Basic familiarity with CRM tools and social media lead management preferred.
