Operations Manager – EdTech Location: Kochi Employment Type: Full-Time Salary : Up to 40000 Role Overview The Operations Manager will oversee and streamline the administrative and operational processes within Business development department. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient documentation, timely follow-ups, and seamless coordination among various stakeholders to enhance the overall student experience and departmental effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Documentation Management: Maintain and organize all departmental documents, including student records, counseling reports, and communication logs, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Process Implementation: Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize counseling workflows and administrative tasks. Follow-Up Coordination: Ensure timely follow-ups with students, counselors, and other stakeholders to track progress and address any concerns. Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyze departmental data to generate insights and reports for continuous improvement. Team Collaboration: Work closely with counselors, academic staff, and other departments to facilitate communication and operational efficiency. Technology Integration: Leverage CRM tools and other software to automate processes, manage student interactions, and maintain records. Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all operations adhere to institutional policies and regulatory standards, maintaining high-quality service delivery. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in operations management, preferably within the education or healthcare sector. Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights. Knowledge of compliance standards in education and healthcare.
