Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate with team members, and ensure efficient delivery of facility management services. Responsibilities include managing personnel, supervising maintenance activities, optimizing workflows, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and client requirements. The role also involves driving operational improvements and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in facility management or a related industry is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a relevant field
