Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Jaipur. The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the resort, ensuring that all departments are functioning efficiently. Responsibilities include staff management, ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining high standards of service quality, coordinating with vendors, managing budgets, and implementing procedures to improve operational efficiency. The role also involves ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and managing any issues that arise promptly and effectively.

• Skills in Customer Service, Guest Satisfaction, and Service Quality Management
• Proficiency in Vendor Management and Coordination
• Strong Problem Solving, Decision Making, and Organizational Skills
• Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations
• Excellent Leadership and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
