Job Description

Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Centerline Clinic, Perinthalmanna
Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage day-to-day clinical operations to ensure smooth functioning of the clinic.
Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and adherence to clinic protocols.
Coordinate patient appointments, follow-ups, and ensure a seamless patient journey.
Counsel walk-in and enquiry patients about the clinic’s treatments and non-surgical rehab programs.
Maintain strong communication between the clinical and administrative teams.
Ensure patient feedback is collected and acted upon to maintain high service quality.
Build and maintain referral networks by actively connecting with local doctors, physiotherapists, and orthopaedic clinics.
Establish relationships with nearby gyms, yoga centres, and wellness setups to drive awareness and referrals.
Assist in organizing local promotional campaigns and tie-ups to improve visibility and footfall.
Monitor inventory and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement of clinic supplies.
Support the marketing team with on-ground insights and execution of campaigns.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Day shift

Supplemental Pay:
