Job Role:

• Lead the execution of event logistics in alignment with project goals
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to meet all operational requirements
• Manage vendors, including sourcing, negotiations, and performance evaluation
• Conduct venue recces and create functional event layouts
• Handle on-site challenges, troubleshooting any last-minute issues swiftly
• Ensure all vendor deliverables meet quality standards and timelines
• Monitor budget adherence and maintain event documentation

What We’re Looking For:

• 7–12 years of experience in event operations or similar roles
• Strong problem-solving abilities and calm under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail and resourcefulness
• Ability to think on your feet and adapt to real-time changes
• Strong communication and coordination skills
