Job Description

Event Operations - Sr. Manager/Manager

Job Role:

Lead the execution of event logistics in alignment with project goals
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to meet all operational requirements
Manage vendors, including sourcing, negotiations, and performance evaluation
Conduct venue recces and create functional event layouts
Handle on-site challenges, troubleshooting any last-minute issues swiftly
Ensure all vendor deliverables meet quality standards and timelines
Monitor budget adherence and maintain event documentation

What We’re Looking For:

7–12 years of experience in event operations or similar roles
Strong problem-solving abilities and calm under pressure
Excellent attention to detail and resourcefulness
Ability to think on your feet and adapt to real-time changes
Strong communication and coordination skills
