Job Title: Operations Manager Location Preference: Indore (On-site) Ahmedabad / Anywhere in Gujarat (Remote) Job Type: Full-time Working Hours: 10 hours/day (60–70 hours/week) About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Operations Manager to lead and streamline core functions including Recruitment, HR Operations, Finance (UK & India payroll, UK VAT, and Indian GST), and Project Management. This role demands high energy, self-motivation, and a deep desire to grow within the company. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong leadership qualities, and a passion for growth and efficiency. You will collaborate closely with recruitment and operational teams to drive output, ensure smooth execution, and implement intelligent delegation. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage teams across Recruitment, HR, Operations, and Project Management Drive cross-functional efficiency and enhance departmental output Monitor and optimize team productivity and performance Ensure seamless coordination between recruitment, HR, and project teams Operate independently with minimal to no supervision. Work independently with minimal guidance or no guidance. Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing Take complete ownership of projects and operational processes from end-to-end. Identify inefficiencies and propose practical, high-impact solutions Show initiative by asking for more responsibilities to support company growth. What We’re Looking For: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluent in English (written & spoken) with crisp, clear, and polite communication. Smart, proactive, and eager to learn quickly. Intelligent and hungry to learn. Ability to commit to a demanding schedule of 10 hours/day (60–70 hours/week) with flexibilities to work even less than 6 hours when no urgent work required. Highly ambitious with a strong drive for personal and professional growth Demonstrated leadership qualities with a desire to progress to senior roles. Strong leadership potential with the desire to move quickly into a manager or Director level role. Comfortable working independently and handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Candidates must be located in Indore (on-site) or Gujarat (remote) Able to work under minimal supervision and handle multiple priorities. Mandatory Requirements: Minimum 90% in Mathematics in both 10th and 12th grade (Optional) (Not for PH only for India) Must have graduated from a university listed on Wikipedia with a Top 100 ranking in India.
