Job Overview:.
We are seeking a dedicated Operations Manager Clinicians to oversee the recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and professional development of doctors across our clinics. This role will ensure that all clinicians meet our standards of patient care and align with the businesss strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to talent management.. Key Responsibilities:. Doctor Recruitment & Onboarding:. Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and hire skilled doctors for clinics.. Facilitate seamless onboarding processes to integrate new hires into clinic operations.. Ensure alignment of new hires with business needs and patient care standards.. Performance Monitoring:. Regularly evaluate doctor performance through data-driven insights and feedback.. Work with clinicians to address performance gaps and implement improvement strategies.. Training & Development:. Coordinate with HR and training teams to organize continuous professional development for doctors.. Ensure adherence to operational standards and alignment with patient care goals.. Stakeholder Management:. Collaborate with clinic managers and operational teams to maintain alignment between clinician performance and business objectives.. Act as the primary point of contact for clinician-related concerns and initiatives.. Skills & Qualifications:. Education:Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.. Experience:Minimum 3 years of experience in talent management and operations, in healthcare or clinic settings.. Communication:Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clinicians and internal teams.. Analytical Skills:Proficiency in analyzing performance data and deriving actionable insights.. People Management:Proven ability to coach and develop talent, particularly within healthcare settings..
