• Is confident in communicating with people (in Malayalam & English)
• Wants to grow in business operations, marketing, and management

Job Responsibilities:

You'll be trained and then gradually take ownership of:

• Customer & Vendor Coordination:

• Communicate with clients and vendors for order updates, requirements, and solutions

• Price List & Quotation Preparation:

• Create and update product pricelists, generate quotations using our templates/tools

• Day-to-Day Operations:

• Assist in managing order processing, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery

• Cross-Team Communication:

• Connect with suppliers, logistics, and marketing team to make sure everything runs smoothly

• Marketing Support:

• Help with promotions, WhatsApp/email campaigns, and digital presence

• Exhibition & Event Participation:

• Represent Bee Sports India in expos and education fairs across South India (with the team)

• Process Improvement:

• Learn and contribute to building better systems and documentation for operations

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduate (Any UG degree)
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Email, WhatsApp)
• Good communication skills
• Interest in business, marketing, or sports field is a plus
• Willingness to travel occasionally (for events)
