About Us: Bee Sports India is a fast-growing B2B sports equipment procurement startup focused on supplying quality sports goods to educational institutions across South India. We’re now opening a new office in Palakkad and are looking for energetic fresh graduates to join us as Operational Leaders who can grow with the company. Who We’re Looking For: We want someone who: Has just completed graduation (any stream) Has a strong learning mentality and willingness to take responsibility Loves being active, organized, and solving problems Is confident in communicating with people (in Malayalam & English) Wants to grow in business operations, marketing, and management Job Responsibilities: You'll be trained and then gradually take ownership of: Customer & Vendor Coordination: Communicate with clients and vendors for order updates, requirements, and solutions Price List & Quotation Preparation: Create and update product pricelists, generate quotations using our templates/tools Day-to-Day Operations: Assist in managing order processing, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery Cross-Team Communication: Connect with suppliers, logistics, and marketing team to make sure everything runs smoothly Marketing Support: Help with promotions, WhatsApp/email campaigns, and digital presence Exhibition & Event Participation: Represent Bee Sports India in expos and education fairs across South India (with the team) Process Improvement: Learn and contribute to building better systems and documentation for operations Qualifications: Fresh graduate (Any UG degree) Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Email, WhatsApp) Good communication skills Interest in business, marketing, or sports field is a plus Willingness to travel occasionally (for events) Salary & Perks: Monthly Salary: based on skills & interview Travel Allowance (for exhibitions, meetings) Learning Environment with hands-on exposure to real business Growth Opportunities – you’ll grow as Bee Sports India grows How to Apply: Mail your CV /Resume to beesportsindia@gmail.com
