Operations Leader

You are an experienced Operations Leader with 7-10 years of experience in E-commerce Operations (Back office). You should be comfortable working both from the office and at home, including night shifts. Your primary responsibilities include working efficiently under pressure and strict deadlines, being proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, and effectively communicating with team members to provide clear direction, observe performance, and encourage improvement. As an Operations Leader, you will be involved in interviewing, selecting, training, supervising, evaluating, counseling, and administering disciplinary procedures for Front Office team members. You will actively participate in training the team, conducting formal training sessions, and providing on-the-job training to ensure consistent standards among team members. Your role also requires you to effectively handle internal and external customers, demonstrating high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect and analyze accurate information, and resolve conflicts. To excel in this position, you must possess strong interpersonal skills, thorough organization and supervisory skills, and proficiency in task accomplishment. You should be able to work under pressure and handle stressful situations during busy periods effectively.,
