Role Overview

We’re looking for a professional who can keep our creative house running smoothly, both on paper and in spirit. This is not just about accounts and filing GST; it’s also about making sure the snack shelves are full, the team feels supported, and the day-to-day flow of work feels effortless.

You’ll be wearing multiple hats: bookkeeper, logistics manager, and office-in-charge. But beyond that, you’ll also be part of our creative ecosystem, because in our world, even operations have space for imagination.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for day-to-day team support
• Manage bookkeeping, invoices, GST filing, and other financial compliance
• Support leadership with reports and financial planning
• Handle procurement and inventory
• Maintain smooth office operations, from supplies to systems
• Oversee vendor relationships and contracts
• Manage onboarding and leave tracking
• Foster a positive and approachable environment for team members

Required Qualification & Experience

A business administration/commerce graduate with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
