Filmmaker (Project Head)

Role Description

You’ll be the person-in-charge of the project, balancing the practical with the poetic -  making room for creativity to thrive while also managing timelines and budgets. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who can write/direct (preferably both) while valuing collaboration, communication, and the joy of building something extraordinary with a team.

If you enjoy discussing storylines as much as production plans, and believe that great filmmaking is about both people and craft, we’d love to talk.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualisation, planning, and execution of the project
• Collaborate with writers, directors, editors, and technical teams to bring ideas to life
• Ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget, while maintaining optimum creative standards

Required Qualification & Experience

A film/mass communication graduate with 2-5 years of experience and a proven track record of working on film/show/adfilm projects
