Through our digitally managed franchise network, we empower pharmacies across Bihar and Jharkhand to deliver timely, transparent, and affordable healthcare services.Role OverviewAs an Operations Intern, you will support daily functions that keep our pharmacy and franchise network running smoothly. You’ll gain real-world experience in inventory management, logistics coordination, digital initiatives, and data-driven decision-making in the healthcare supply chain. You will also assist in the setup and operational launch of new franchise stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations: including order processing, inventory tracking, vendor coordination, and stock movement.
• Support the process of new store openings—from initial setup and documentation to operational readiness.
• Coordinate with franchise outlets to ensure smooth delivery of goods and timely resolution of operational issues.
• Collaborate with the supply chain team on warehouse management and product dispatches.
• Maintain documentation and reports related to inventory, billing, and stock reconciliation.
• Help in process audits to identify delays, mismatches, or inefficiencies in the delivery pipeline.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Tech) to ensure operations are aligned with business goals.
• Participate in field visits to franchise stores to monitor performance and gather feedback.
  

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree (BBA, B.Com, B.Sc., or similar).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and basic reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel locally to partner stores if required.
• Enthusiasm to learn about pharmacy operations and healthcare logistics.
  

Preferred Qualifications
