JOB DESCRIPTION

Propelld is a new age lending startup focusing in the education market doing an annual INR 700cr disbursal,

backed by WestBridge Capital (largest in Financial Services space - backers of Axis, HDFC, CIBIL, AU small finance

bank, Sharechat, Mamaearth, etc), looking to grow multifold in the next 3 years to an eventual IPO. Propelld is

set to become one of the largest FinTechsin India over the next 3-4 yrs and hence growth and opportunities will

be limitless at this role.

Job Role:

The operations-Intern would be responsible for the below expected deliverables:

Role & Responsibilities:

 Collaborate with the credit team to facilitate quick approvals.

 Coordinate with the disbursement team for smooth and timely fund

disbursal.

 Assist the sales team in achieving business targets by providing

necessary support.

 Prepare and maintain MIS reports for tracking and analysis.

 Communicate with various departments to address and resolve

operational challenges.

 Support documentation and data management for credit and

disbursement processes.

 Assist in streamlining workflow processes to enhance efficiency.

 Provide analytical support for decision-making through data insights.

Required Skills & Qualification

 Highly motivated, dynamic, detail-oriented, people-person;

 Strong multi-tasking skills;

 Excellent communication skills and Proficient in English.

 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;

 Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

 Should be pursuing an UG/PG/Master’s degree. Should be 12th pass.
