THE ROLE:

Your Gig: Do you have what it takes to keep our Learning Universe running like clockwork?

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Apply:

• Coordinate every moving piece of our ongoing and new cohorts - from content to mentors to learners - ensuring a smooth and impactful learning journey.
• Upload, track, and monitor content on our Learning Management System (LMS) so that learners have a seamless experience and always get the right information at the right time.
• Communicate with learners, mentors, and both internal and external teams to identify concerns and work collaboratively to solve them.
• Work with hiring partners and graduated learners to match the right candidates to the right career opportunities.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards to share key session metrics and performance indicators with stakeholders.
• Monitor the impact of communication and engagement initiatives, and recommend data-backed improvements.
• Conduct routine feedback calls to ensure sessions run smoothly and that we’re continuously improving our processes.
• Help identify and implement process improvements that enhance productivity and overall efficiency.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:

• 0–1 year of experience in a high-paced, high-ownership environment where agility is key.

• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is preferred.
• You can talk to anyone - from learners to mentors - with empathy and confidence.
