Operations Intern

Role & responsibilities Develop daily, weekly, and monthly plans for field operations to meet organizational goals Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of field activities with overall business strategies Implement efficient routing and scheduling for field executives to maximize productivity and minimize travel time Supervise and lead a team of field executives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, implementing improvements and addressing any issues that may arise Act as a bridge between field staff and higher management, conveying important information, updates, and feedback Build clear communication channels within the field team to enhance collaboration and information flow Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure that field activities adhere to established standards and procedures Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during field operations promptly and effectively Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement solutions and preventive measures Preferred candidate profile A bachelors degree or pursuing a bachelors degree Excellent communication in English and interpersonal abilities Familiarity with basic software tools such as Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and any other tools relevant to the industry Understanding of Google Maps and ability to use it optimally Understanding of the different geographies of India and cities Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai Type: Full-time Stipend: 10,000/ month
