Role Description

This is a full-time on-site internship role (minimum 2–3 days a week from the office) based in Gurgaon. The Operations Intern will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, including client invoicing, social media handling, managing deliveries, and inventory tracking. The intern will work closely with the operations team to gain practical exposure in business operations, logistics management, and client servicing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and managing client invoices.
• Coordinate and track deliveries to clients.
• Manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure smooth operations.
• Support in handling company social media accounts and basic content updates.
• Work closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely execution.
• Maintain records and assist in reporting for operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of operations or supply chain preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
