What you’ll do:

• Communicate and coordinate with clients for case-related updates and requirements
• Handle and follow up with vendors for case execution and reports
• Work closely with multiple internal teams to ensure smooth process flow
• Brainstorm with team members to improve operational efficiency
• Assist in documentation, report management, and day-to-day operational tasks

What we’re looking for?

•A strong willingness to learn and grow in the operations field

•Highly organized, proactive and eager to learn in startup environment

•Knowledge of Basic excel

•Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Candidate must have a working Laptop and stable internet connection
