Job Description

Lead overall
plant operations
for automotive plastic components manufacturing.
Oversee
production, quality, maintenance, supply chain, and manpower management
.
Ensure adherence to
production targets, cost efficiency, and delivery schedules
.
Drive
process improvements, lean manufacturing, and automation initiatives
.
Ensure compliance with
IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and customer-specific quality systems
.
Monitor
injection moulding, blow moulding, painting, and assembly operations
.
Handle
OEM/Tier-1 customer interactions
, audits, and quality escalations.
Lead budgeting, cost control, and capacity planning for the plant.
Build and manage a high-performing operations team with effective leadership.
Implement
safety, health, and environmental standards
across the plant.
