Job Title: Operations Head Portfolio Management Services (PMS)

Overview:
As the Operations Head for Portfolio Management Services (PMS), you will oversee operational processes, ensure compliance, and drive client satisfaction. Reporting to the Principal Officer, your role is key in maintaining operational excellence while adhering to SEBI regulations and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding Redemption:
Oversee the client onboarding process and ensure compliance with SEBI regulations. Manage client redemption requests, ensuring accurate execution and timely settlements.
Paperwork Documentation:
Review and approve KYC forms, legal agreements, and other essential documents, ensuring compliance and minimal errors.
Trade Execution:
Manage trade execution and collaborate with investment teams to support portfolio management decisions.
Compliance Risk Management:
Ensure adherence to compliance protocols, working closely with compliance officers to mitigate operational risks and ensure a secure environment.
Quarter-End Charges:
Oversee fund charge processing, including performance fees and audit charges, ensuring transparency in client communications.
Process Improvement:
Identify areas for process improvement, streamlining operations and boosting team performance.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
Client Communication:
Send regular client updates in line with SEBI guidelines and resolve any queries promptly.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred) 5+ years of operations experience in financial services, preferably in PMS, AIF, or Mutual Fund operations In-depth knowledge of SEBI regulations and compliance Proficiency in Excel, data management, and trade execution systems Proven leadership with strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
