Location: Mumbai Reports To: FP&A Head Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented FP&A professional to join our finance team, specifically supporting the company's Initial Public Offering (IPO) process in India . This role will be critical in driving financial planning, business forecasting, investor materials, and regulatory readiness activities, while maintaining strong internal financial controls and insights to support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: IPO Support Support the finance leadership and external advisors (investment bankers, auditors, legal counsel) in all IPO-related financial workstreams. Assist in the preparation of Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) financial sections and other SEBI-required disclosures. Coordinate and ensure the accuracy of financial data for due diligence, roadshows, and investor Q&A. Analyze historical performance and build detailed narratives around business growth, margins, and KPIs. Support the buildout of financial models and valuation benchmarks aligned with IPO expectations. Liaise with statutory auditors and internal teams to ensure timely completion of audit deliverables and restated financials. Investor & Stakeholder Readiness Assist in preparing investor presentations, Board decks, and analyst briefing materials . Benchmark company performance against peers and industry trends to position the equity story. Collaborate on strategic projects such as business unit profitability, pricing, and cost optimization. FP&A Core Functions Partner with business units to collect and analyze financial data, identify trends, and generate insights for decision-making. Develop and maintain detailed financial models (revenue, cost,margin, cash flow). Assist in monthly reporting packages for internal stakeholders and Board of Directors. Qualifications: CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA or equivalent with 36 years of experience in FP&A. Prior experience with an IPO (Indian or international) is highly preferred. Strong understanding of Indian GAAP / Ind AS, SEBI regulations, and financial reporting requirements. Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling skills. Experience with ERP systems (SAP)is a plus. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with tight timelines.
