Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on experience)

We are a fast-growing B2B startup based in Hadapsar, Pune, focused on delivering results with speed and efficiency. With a 15-member team and growing responsibilities, we're looking for a tech-savvy Operations Head who can bring clarity, control, and structure into our day-to-day execution.

Job Overview:

We’re looking for an Operations Head / General Manager with a strong understanding of IT tools, systems, and software, who can drive efficiency across our departments, reduce wastage, and ensure discipline in all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement SOPs across departments (Sales, Support, Delivery, Finance)
• Manage the daily workflow of 15+ team members using tools like Trello, ClickUp, or Asana
• Replace chaotic WhatsApp communication with structured platforms (Slack, task managers, etc.)
• Ensure proper expense tracking, approval flow, and reduce cash leakages
• Use Google Sheets, Drive, Notion, or similar tools for documentation and reporting
• Lead weekly reviews, performance audits, and team reporting to the CEO
• Maintain strong control over IT infrastructure, software, and digital operations

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 4–8 years of experience in operations or general management, preferably in a startup or B2B company
• Strong IT background — you should be very comfortable using tech tools, online platforms, and basic automation
• Proven experience in handling team coordination, deadline tracking, and cross-functional execution
• High level of discipline and ownership to run operations independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication (Hindi and English)
• Preferably from Pune or nearby areas for easier coordination
