We’re a fast-growing UK-based technology group operating across AI and Property Technology, building intelligent solutions that are transforming healthcare and property management. Our India team of 40+ talented engineers, product managers, and operations professionals plays a central role in driving our delivery and innovation.
This is an opportunity to work directly with the Founder in a high-impact, fast-paced scale-up environment. You’ll oversee daily operational performance, ensure clear execution against business priorities, and maintain oversight of financial health and reporting. You’ll also play a key role in creating efficiencies, by identifying and implementing process improvements, workflow automation, and scalable systems to streamline operations and reduce manual workloads across teams.
Operational Leadership:
- Act as the central link between the Founder and all functional teams.
- Translate business goals into clear priorities and deadlines.
- Conduct daily management check-ins and lead weekly alignment meetings.
- Maintain visibility on blockers and dependencies.
- Drive a culture of ownership and communication.
Process Improvement & Automation:
- Identify opportunities to automate workflows and reduce manual tasks.
- Collaborate to design and optimise processes that increase efficiency.
- Implement workflow tools and integrations (e.g., Zapier, Notion, Azure DevOps).
Finance & Reporting:
- Oversee the accounts team to deliver accurate management accounts.
- Liaise with accountants and auditors.
- Manage invoices, payroll, and expenses.
- Track budgets, spending, and financial KPIs.
People & Resourcing:
- Identify resource gaps and prioritise roles with HR.
- Ensure smooth coordination with the HR function.
You’re highly organised, commercially minded, and thrive in fast-paced environments. You communicate clearly, balance authority with empathy, and can juggle multiple priorities effectively.
- 5–8 years’ experience in operations, finance, or management roles.
- Understanding of management accounts, budgets, and cashflow.
- Excellent English communication.
- Strong Excel skills; familiar with Slack, Notion, Xero, Azure DevOps.
- Experience working across UK time zones is desirable.
