Key Responsibilities:
1. Planning & Coordination:
Coordinate all aspects of office moves, including pre-move surveys, planning, packing, transportation, and setup at the new location.
Prepare and manage move schedules, resource allocation, and vendor coordination.
Liaise with clients to understand requirements, timelines, and special instructions.
2. Execution & Supervision:
Supervise on-site operations during packing, loading, and delivery activities.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols, company SOPs, and client specifications.
Monitor and manage manpower, vehicles, and materials during the move.
3. Communication & Client Support:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the move process.
Provide daily updates on progress, address client queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, warehouse, and billing.
4. Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of move-related documents, work orders, and service reports.
Ensure all job-related documentation is completed and filed promptly.
Support post-move reviews, feedback collection, and issue resolution.
5. Cost & Quality Control:
Monitor job costs and report any deviations from estimates.
Ensure optimal resource utilization to maintain profitability.
Conduct post-move quality checks and address any damages or claims.
