Operations Executive

About the Role
We are hiring a Operation Executive who will act as the link between various teams, ensuring tasks flow smoothly, deadlines are met, and processes are followed efficiently. This role is ideal for someone with strong follow-up skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask across departments.

Key Responsibilities
Task & Process Management
Coordinate daily task lists and ensure on-time executionFollow up with internal teams (Sales, Design, Marketing, Accounts, etc.) for task statusMaintain and update process trackers and delegation sheetsReporting & Documentation
Collect daily/weekly updates from departments and present them to reporting headsDocument SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and ensure processadherenceAssist in internal audits, compliance checks, and performance evaluationsCommunication & Coordination
Serve as a communication bridge between managers and team membersSchedule and manage internal meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action itemsCoordinate between clients and team (where required) to ensure project timelines are metIssue Escalation
Identify bottlenecks or delays in processesEscalate unresolved issues to senior managementSuggest process improvements to enhance efficiency

Key Skills Required
Strong coordination and follow-upabilities
Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and task tracking tools (Asana, Trello, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication
Organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyBasic understanding of internal processesin service-based companies (plus point)
