🔍 Role Overview
As an Operations Executive, you will ensure end-to-end transaction validation across Visa/Mastercard networks, switch systems, and internal customer ledgers. You’ll handle reconciliation, chargebacks, settlement with banks, customer refunds, exception reporting, and income tracking.
✅ Key Responsibilities
• Reconcile daily transactions across card networks, switch data & customer ledger
• Investigate mismatches & manage refunds, chargebacks, and disputes
• Coordinate with banks, switch partners & networks for resolution
• Generate reports: settlements, mark-ups, MIS, income accounting
• Ensure compliance with Visa/Mastercard & RBI guidelines
🎯 What We’re Looking For
• 3–5 years’ experience in Forex Card operations, reconciliation & settlement
• Sound knowledge of Visa/Mastercard processes, CMS, reconciliation tools (e.g., JIRA)
• Strong command of Excel, transactional data handling & GL understanding
• Familiarity with RBI & card network guidelines
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
💼 Preferred:
Experience in FinTech, banking, or payments | Hands-on with Visa Online/Mastercard Connect | FX mark-up & interchange billing
