Operations Executive

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track the daily performance of onsite teams and vendors against defined KPIs.
• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of all assigned tasks and escalations.
• Enforce process and compliance adherence across operations.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure that work meets required standards.
• Update internal systems and trackers regularly to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
• Prepare and share daily and weekly reports on performance, quality, and compliance metrics.
• Identify gaps or bottlenecks in execution and drive accountability among team members and vendors.
• Proactively escalate performance or compliance issues to management when required.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the operations process.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, field management, or vendor coordination preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills — able to push, follow up, and drive execution.
• Highly organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and capable of preparing structured reports.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-driven environment.
