Role Overview

The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring employer and candidate interactions are seamless, and supporting the team in achieving goals.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Coordination

• Handle job posting, database updates, and employer onboarding on the JobsKart platform
• Coordinate with recruitment, sales, and marketing teams for smooth workflows
• Maintain accurate daily records of employer requests, job status, and closures

Client Support

• Assist employers in navigating the platform and posting jobs
• Resolve queries from employers and candidates via calls, WhatsApp, and email
• Follow up on active jobs to ensure hiring progress

Process Management

• Track key operational metrics (jobs posted, candidates matched, closures achieved)
• Identify gaps in workflows and suggest improvements
• Ensure timely completion of tasks and target adherence

Field & Local Coordination

• Support the on-ground team in connecting with local employers and talent pools
• Occasionally assist in field visits for employer onboarding or market research

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in operations, client servicing, or recruitment support
• Proficient with WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic data entry
• Strong communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must be based in or near Kota
