Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Trial & Demo Account Management

Manage trial/demo accounts in CRM and product systems.
Track account activation, usage patterns, and engagement levels.
Ensure all trials are linked to the appropriate sales owner for follow-up.

2. Onboarding & Engagement Tracking

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth onboarding of trial customers.
Monitor engagement KPIs (logins, feature adoption, usage frequency).

3. Sales Support & Conversion

Provide sales teams with insights on trial customer behavior and usage.
Flag high-potential accounts for proactive follow-up.

4. Reporting & Analytics

Maintain accurate records of all trial accounts in CRM.
Generate weekly and monthly reports on trial performance, conversion rates, and reasons for drop-offs.
Analyze trends to identify opportunities for improving trial-to-paid conversion.

5. Process Compliance & Improvements

Ensure that trial setup and closure processes are followed.
Suggest and implement improvements to the trial customer journey.
Liaise with the Cross functional team to resolve technical issues affecting trial accounts.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Must Have:

Bachelors degree in Business, Commerce, or relevant field.
13 years experience in sales operations, customer onboarding, or CRM management.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
