Role Requirements

• Strong knowledge of

  MS SQL Server (mandatory)

• 35 years experience in academic operations, exam management, or technical support (preferably NIIT)
• Hands-on with

  eNCORE/IEB Fusion Lite (Student Management System)

  &

  NAS (Assessment System)

Key Responsibilities

• Examination Operations

  Scheduling, monitoring, audits, grading key management via NAS

• eNCORE/IEB Fusion Lite Management

  – Student lifecycle, course setup, global education center support

• Helpdesk Support

  – First-line support for NAS/eNCORE/IEB Fusion Lite issues; IT escalation

• Course & Product Management

  – Course launches, assessment prep, courseware (NIIT/vendor)

• Certificate Processing

  – Student certificate requests, printing, issuance

• Data & Reporting

  – SQL-based troubleshooting, validation, MIS dashboards in Excel/Power Query/Power BI

• Stakeholder Coordination

  – Work with extended academic teams, vendors, and 20+ centers worldwide

Required Skills

• MS SQL Server expertise
• Proficiency in

  eNCORE/IEB Fusion Lite & NAS

• Strong MS Excel (Power Query certification preferred)
• Excellent organizational & stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple exams, courses & student support simultaneously

Qualifications

• Graduate (mandatory); Postgraduate in Operations/Administration preferred
• 2–3 years’ experience in examination operations/academic support
• Exposure to vendor management & global coordination
