Job Description

We have an opportunity for the Operations Executive profile.

Location:

Monitor daily operations for training batches (retail and corporate)
Coordinate with internal teams and trainers to ensure timely delivery of sessions
Support backend processes like certification tracking and documentation
Assist in batch scheduling, rescheduling, and session updates
Maintain and update training trackers and CRM systems
Handle internal communication with tech, finance, and support teams as needed
Prepare and maintain reports for training progress, attendance, and exam results
Ensure inventory of training materials and stationery is maintained
General Administrative Tasks
Organize files, maintain digital and physical records
Respond to email and phone queries from students and stakeholders
Following up on pending documentation or support tickets
Provide overall administrative support to the CAPL training team and reporting managers
Support logistics for in-person sessions including seating, and setup
Operational Support
Proficiency in using ChatGPT tools is mandatory
