Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Meet the client along with the sales team to properly understand the problem statement
Draft a proper statement of work
Design the right security solutions combining NII services portfolio with the right technology solutions from our OEM vendors as the case may be
Provide pre-sales technical support to the sales team on all products and services offered
Conduct demos, proof-of-concept of the solutions individually or jointly with other security engineers
Prepare detailed proposals outlining the scope of work, approach, methodology, estimation for delivery, clear listing of deliverables, etc.
Work with vendor's presales and support team to resolve technical issues
Make presentations about our products and services and respond to the first level of technical queries that customers may have
Be a bridge between delivery teams and the sales teams
Constantly update themselves about the latest developments in the cybersecurity space as well as keep updated about the new products in cybersecurity
Conduct internal and external trainings on various topics related to Pre-sales
