Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Assist the Purchase Manager in sourcing and procuring raw materials, products, and services

as per company requirements.

  • Maintain and update supplier records and purchase orders in the system.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods by liaising with suppliers, tracking orders, and resolving any

discrepancies or delays.

  • Collaborate with various departments (e.g., inventory, finance, production) to ensure

smooth and accurate procurement processes.

  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders to replenish stock as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining procurement documentation and ensuring compliance with internal

policies and procedures.

  • Provide support in preparing reports related to purchase orders, supplier performance, and

procurement activities.
