Facilitate the registration process for new and returning students.
Ensure all necessary documentation is collected, verified, and accurately entered into the system. Maintain up-to-date records of student information and registration status. Ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulations regarding document handling and confidentiality. Address student inquiries related to loan applications, fee structures, and payment processes. Provide timely and accurate information to resolve issues and concerns. Collaborate with relevant departments to provide solutions and support. Conduct outbound calls to students for registration follow-ups, documentation reminders, and fee-related discussions. Handle inbound calls professionally, addressing any questions or issues raised by students. Maintain call records and update student information as needed.
