We aim to transform 1 million lives by preventing lifestyle diseases such as obesity-related diabetes, heart conditions, thyroid issues, hypertension, depression, PCOS, and certain cancers.Job Summary: -This is a full-time operations associate role that requires the candidate to work on-site at VMax Wellness in Coimbatore. The operations associate will manage a range of day-to-day tasks, including coordinating internal and external clients, communicating with clients, including Messages and calls, and documentation. The Operations Executive will work closely with the VMax Wellness team to ensure smooth and efficient operations and will also be responsible for providing the team with insights and recommendations to improve processes.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Run reminders and WhatsApp engagement
  • Make welcome calls and log notes in CRM
  • Track attendance. Update sheets. Share daily reports
  • Chat support during webinars. Record engagement
  • Follow up on registrations, no shows, and basic queries
  • Create or update forms, links, and access
  • Convert paid webinar leads to clients in CRM. Capture onboarding details

Requirements:

-
  • Master's or Bachelor’s - any stream from a reputed institution.
  • Freshers or 1 year of experience. Client Call support experience is an advantage.
  • Strong command of Google Sheets/Excel, Presentation/Google Slides, MS Word, and Zoom operations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Fluency in English is Mandatory)
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and multitasking abilities
  • Self-disciplined, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Skilled in customer communication, webinar moderation, and social media management
  • Enthusiastic about solving operational challenges and optimising task completion
  • Documentation skills
  • Must have a working laptop and Wi-Fi connection.

  • Working days – 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
