Job Title - Operations Executive / MIS & Merchant Onboarding Executive (Fresher)

Location - Gurgaon (Hybrid)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented fresher to support our operations team with MIS reporting, data management, presentation preparation, and merchant onboarding activities. The ideal candidate should have strong working knowledge of MS Excel, basic PowerPoint skills, and a willingness to learn operational and merchant management processes.

Key Responsibilities-

MIS & Data Management

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using MS Excel
• Update, track, and analyze operational and merchant-related data
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and dashboards
• Share MIS reports with internal stakeholders on a timely basis
• Assist in data reconciliation and identifying discrepancies

Excel & Reporting

• Work extensively on Excel spreadsheets including:
• Data entry and validation
• Sorting, filtering, and formatting data
• Using formulas such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables (basic to intermediate)
• Support the team in creating summary reports and performance trackers

PPT & Presentation Support

• Prepare PowerPoint presentations for internal reviews and management updates
• Convert data insights into clear charts, tables, and slides

Merchant Onboarding

• Coordinate with merchants for onboarding documentation and basic KYC checks
• Validate merchant details and ensure completeness of required information
• Update onboarding status and merchant records in internal systems
• Act as a point of contact for basic merchant queries during onboarding
• Support smooth onboarding and activation of merchants

Required Skills & Qualifications

Educational Qualification-

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BA, or equivalent)
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome

Technical Skills

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel (mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of MS PowerPoint
• Familiarity with MIS reporting concepts
• Basic understanding of data handling and reporting
