Operations Executive for International Recruitment (Gulf Region) Job Description We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support our international recruitment vertical, with a primary focus on the Gulf countries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full recruitment cycle, managing legal documentation, and ensuring seamless coordination between clients, candidates, and associates. Key Responsibilities Oversee Recruitment, Selection, and Deployment of Manpower: Manage the end-to-end process of sourcing, screening, selecting, and deploying candidates for international assignments, particularly for Gulf countries. Collaborate with Healthcare and Blue-Collar Associates/Agents: Work closely with industry associates and agents to organize candidate arrangements, interviews, and logistical support. Manage Legal Documentation and Contracts: Prepare, review, and manage contracts and legal documents for both clients and employees. Ensure all documentation is compliant with international and local regulations. Address Legal and Compliance Issues: Identify and resolve any legal or compliance-related challenges that may arise during the recruitment or deployment process. Gulf Countries Recruitment: Handle all aspects of recruitment for clients based in Gulf countries. Interview and Client Coordination: Visit interview venues to coordinate between clients and candidates. Ensure smooth conduct of interviews and related activities. Screening and Sourcing: Source resumes through job portals, references, and internal databases as per client requirements. Screen and shortlist candidates based on client specifications. Pre-screening and Profile Management: Conduct initial pre-screening of profiles before forwarding them to clients. Interact with candidates to understand their competencies and skill sets. Clearly explain job roles and expectations to candidates. Interview Scheduling: Schedule and coordinate interviews (telephonic, online, or in-person) between shortlisted candidates and clients. Personal Attributes Proactive and self-motivated Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
