Role Overview

We are hiring

Operations Executives

who will support our onboarding team and act as a vital link between customers, sales representatives, and onboarding managers. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, customer-focused, and proactive in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the onboarding team in completing initial onboarding processes for new users.
Act as a regional SPOC (Single Point of Contact) between customers, sales teams, and onboarding managers.
Ensure clear, timely communication and coordination across all stakeholders.
Troubleshoot onboarding issues and escalate as needed.
Maintain accurate logs and reports for daily onboarding activities.
Support follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction during the onboarding phase.

Required Skills

Proficiency in Marathi and English (mandatory).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.
Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

(Fluency in any of these regional languages will be a strong advantage.)

Who Can Apply
