Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate tasks assigned for various clients across different projects
Handle social media accounts including content posting, scheduling, and basic engagement for client brands
Assist in implementing SEO-related tasks and digital marketing activities as assigned
Communicate effectively with clients to understand requirements and provide timely updates
Execute administrative and operational tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
Maintain organized records and documentation of all client-related work
Respond to emails, messages, and queries promptly and professionally
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion
Prepare reports and presentations as required for client deliverables
Adapt to varying task requirements and learn new tools and processes quickly
Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Perform data entry, content creation, and other computer-based tasks efficiently

Preferred candidate profile:

Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Good typing speed (minimum 35-40 words per minute)
Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Must own a laptop/computer for remote work with stable internet connection
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and technologies
Candidates from Thane, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, or North Mumbai preferred
Comfortable with initial work-from-home setup, with transition to office (Thane/Mumbai location) later
