Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with online communities and respond to customer inquiries across multiple social media platforms
• Monitor brand mentions and maintain positive online reputation

• Typing Skills:

  Minimum 45 WPM with accuracy

• Technical Skills:

  Computer literate, comfortable with internet navigation
