Job Description

Ensure achievement of Service Level Benchmarks including Productivity, Quality, and Turnaround Time (TAT).
Execute controls testing activities in accordance with established processes, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
Maintain adherence to internal controls, regulatory requirements, and client-specific standards of the assigned project.
Identify and support process improvement initiatives to strengthen control effectiveness and operational efficiency.
Collaborate across teams and contribute to projects within Banking, Insurance, and Capital Markets domains.

What You Will Need:

Bachelor s or master s degree.
1-6 years of relevant experience in the BFSI sector, preferably in Banking /Mortgage/ Credit/ Financial Services operations (not mandatory).
Completion of at least one performance appraisal cycle.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to adapt and perform in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
High level of critical thinking, attention to detail, and analytical ability.
Willingness to work overtime, night shifts, and weekends based on business requirements.
Flexibility to engage in multiple projects across diverse workstreams.
