Job Description

Role Overview You'll be a core-team member and at the center of our daily operations, ensuring that every order is fulfilled with precision while also helping us nurture existing B2B relationships and expand our footprint in the market. The role is based in our Bangalore office and requires occasional travel for office/order/client work within Bangalore. This role is perfect for someone who loves organization, business development and customer interactions. Key Responsibilities Order Management: Oversee the order fulfillment process, ensuring timely dispatch, accurate packaging, and smooth logistics coordination Office Operations: Maintain optimal inventory levels, track stock movement, and manage supplier relationships for raw material procurement. Manage Customer Relations: Serve as the primary contact for existing B2B clients, handling repeat orders, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Lightweight Business Development : Conduct client lead creation via phone calling and pitching company product details and attend client meetings when needed. Occasionally travel locally within Bangalore for business-related activities like client meetings, handle trade show booths etc. (company will cover fuel costs for official travel, excluding regular commutes). MANDATORY NON-Negotiable Education: BCom/BSc/BA from a reputed institution Minimum 3 years experience: 2 years in administration and operations PLUS 1 years in inside sales, telemarketing, customer support or client coordination. Languages: Must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Kannada Vehicle Required: Must have a personal vehicle for business travel (fuel expenses for company-related travel will be reimbursed). GREAT TO HAVE Less than 30 mins from Office location in Sulikunte, Sarjapur Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools, word/spreadsheets, and cloud applications for managing orders and customer interactions. Organized and Collaborative: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities. Ability to build relationships and help in in-person sales conversations when needed. Ownership Mindset: This is not a clock-in, clock-out job; we want someone who takes responsibility and contributes to the company's growth
