Job Description

As a Coordinator in the HR Operations team, you will be responsible for various key activities to ensure smooth and efficient recruitment and management processes. Your responsibilities will include: - Requisition creation and management: - Broadcast job postings and create/assist the hiring manager in entering requisitions into the VMS tool. - Coordinate and schedule interviews. - Confirm assignment logistics between hiring managers and contractors. - Manage work order creation, revisions, and end dates. - Monitor PO spend and tenure limitations. - On-boarding and off-boarding Contractors: - Ensure compliance documentation is executed in a timely manner. - Manage timesheets and expenses for timely approval. - Audit work orders and time/expense documents for accurate invoicing information. - Complete invoicing related tasks promptly. - Client, Program, and Supplier Management: - Ensure critical metrics and SLA objectives are met. - Build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers. - Identify service delivery issues and provide timely solutions. - Conduct just-in-time training for Suppliers and Hiring Managers. - Act as a liaison to resolve daily operational issues. - Profile Worker Management: - Data entry of contractors into the handling system. - Maintain e-files and documentation for Contingent workers. - Act upon data integrity and audit findings. - PRID Management: - Manage IDM Mailbox and Data Integrity. - Review and resolve duplicate records and missing credentials. About you: - 1-2 years of experience in Recruiting, Technology Customer Service, or Service Support. - Intermediate proficiency in Excel. - Familiarity with Web-based/VMS/ATS technology. - High School Diploma or equivalent work experience. - Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and attention to detail. - Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. - Effective communication and customer service skills. - Ability to analyze data and build strong relationships. Your role will be vital in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of HR Operations processes, contributing to the overall success of the team and the organization.,
